No for eevee becoming a Glaceon. You have to be able to go to Twist Mountain for that. For ice types in the winter you can get a cubchoo on route 7 and the Walrein line in Undella bay. For dragons you can get a trapinch in the desert resort and Alteria on the route south of Undella Town Ah, I wasn't sure where they moved the location to get a glaceon. User Info: Bass You can catch a Remoraid in Undella Bay by surfing, at the levels you can find them at they know ice beam; also, one level up and they'll evolve.

Not an ice type, but still a solid water type. You can also catch Spheal in the same area, only in the winter; though on Route 13 there is a hidden grotto where one may appear in any season with it's hidden ability. Anyways, Ice types are going to be very rare to come by and actually don't do too well against Drayden anyhow since 2 out of 3 of his Pokemons are carrying moves that deal with Ice types.
